The FSN Manager is tasked with coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities for the Family Success Network, conducting intake for the model, maintaining and convening Implementation Teams, monitoring progress of services, and generally liaising with the Ohio Childrens Trust Fund (OCTF) Program Manager.

The Intake Resource Coordinator is primarily responsible for the intake, triage and referral services within the intake department. This position, consistent with Family Advocacy Clinician 1 positions, provides general child and family advocacy, interventions, counseling support and prevention services to individuals as appropriate within the intake department at TCFSH. This clinician works under the supervision of an independently licensed supervisor when relevant, within the scope of their training or licensure, and consistent with hospital policies. They uphold the fundamental principles and expectations defined in the agency partnership memorandum of understanding and are accountable for maintaining productive partner relationships.
